E7GZ — the all-in-one car platform
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the E7GZ platform (e7gz.net) and its mobile application. E7GZ is an all-in-one car platform for booking service appointments, renting cars, ordering spare parts, requesting roadside towing, buying and selling used cars, and connecting with a car-owner community. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, make bookings, place orders, or list items for sale.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. Passwords are stored only as secure one-way hashes, and additional verification (two-factor authentication) may be available for your account.
E7GZ is an intermediary platform that connects users with independent service centers, car owners, parts sellers, and tow providers. E7GZ facilitates discovery, booking, ordering, payment, and communication, but the underlying services, vehicles, and goods are provided by those third parties, who are solely responsible for them.
When you book an appointment, you agree to the selected service, center, date, and time. You can view and manage your bookings within the platform, and service centers may update a booking's status (for example, in progress or completed).
Rental bookings are subject to the pricing, duration, and terms set by the car owner in the listing. A security deposit may be held and is released after the vehicle is returned and inspected, minus any approved claims for damage, traffic fines, or excess use assessed through the deposit and claims process. Disputed claims are reviewed by platform management.
You may order spare parts for delivery, store pickup, or installation at a service center. Fulfilment, delivery areas, times, and fees are described in the Shipping & Delivery Policy. Please inspect items on receipt and report any wrong or damaged item through support.
You may request a tow, follow the provider's progress, and be charged based on the distance and the service performed. Pricing is computed by the platform and shown before you confirm.
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and the condition of the vehicles offered. E7GZ is not a party to any sale between a buyer and a seller and does not guarantee any vehicle; inspection and any transaction are the responsibility of the buyer and the seller. Listings must be lawful and accurate and are subject to moderation and removal.
The community lets you post, comment, like, and report content. You are responsible for what you post; unlawful, offensive, infringing, or misleading content is prohibited, may be hidden, and repeat offenders may be suspended from the community.
Online payments are processed by our payment provider Paymob; we do not store your full card number or your card security code (CVV). The platform may provide an electronic wallet, a reward points system, promotional offers/vouchers, and referral and affiliate rewards, each subject to its stated limits and validity. Refunds are credited to your wallet.
Cancellations and refunds across service bookings, car rentals, spare-parts orders, and towing are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. In summary, service fees are non-refundable, refunds are credited to your wallet, and the outcome depends on the timing and the type of order. Completed orders cannot be cancelled.
You agree to use the platform lawfully, provide accurate information, and not misuse bookings, orders, payments, offers, or the wallet. Any content you submit — marketplace listings, community posts, reviews, or chat messages — must be truthful, lawful, and your own or properly licensed. You grant E7GZ a limited licence to host and display such content to operate the platform.
Service centers, car owners, parts sellers, and tow providers are responsible for their offerings, their availability, and the quality of the goods or services they provide.
Ratings and reviews you submit must reflect genuine experiences and may be moderated.
The platform uses role-based access: User, Owner (service center / car owner / seller), Customer Agent, Admin, and Super Admin. Access to data and actions is limited according to each role.
By using the platform you may receive email, in-app, and push notifications related to your account and activity. Some operational and security notifications are part of the service; marketing communications can be opted out of.
All platform content, trademarks, and software are owned by E7GZ or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Content contributed by users remains theirs, subject to the licence in section 13.
The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, E7GZ is not liable for the acts or omissions of service centers, car owners, sellers, or tow providers, for the condition of vehicles or goods, or for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
We may restrict, suspend, or block accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law, or where reasonably necessary to protect the platform and its users.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
