E7GZ — the all-in-one car platform
This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how spare-parts orders placed on the E7GZ platform are fulfilled and delivered. It applies to orders paid online or via wallet. By using the platform and placing an order, you agree to the rules set out below.
The methods available for each part are shown on the product page at checkout.
Delivery is available within the areas each seller serves. Delivery time varies by the seller's location, the part type and stock availability, and is typically estimated at 1–5 business days. Timeframes are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by holidays or circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery fees (if any) are calculated and shown clearly before you confirm payment. Store pickup carries no delivery fee.
You can track your order status (preparing, dispatched, delivered/installed) from the Orders section in the app, and you'll receive notifications as the status changes.
Please inspect the part on receipt and confirm it matches your order. If there is visible damage or the wrong item, contact us within a reasonable time through our support channels and keep the part and its packaging.
If delivery fails because of an incorrect address or because you cannot be reached, delivery may be rescheduled or the order cancelled and refunded under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Refunds are normally credited to your platform wallet.
